     KEVIN MILLS     Started his legal career as Counsel to the United States Senate Judiciary Committee in Washington, D.C.  There, Mr. Mills assumed leadership roles on a variety of legislative and oversight initiatives including telecommunications and cable broadcasting matters, the Immigration Reform Act and the Career Criminal Act, which subsequently became the model for several state laws including the Three Strikes Law in California.  Upon his return to Southern California, Mr. Mills practiced as a trial and appellate attorney until entering entertainment law.  Mr. Mills has held senior business affairs positions with several studios, including Republic Pictures Corporation, Independent Artists Company, Hal Roach Studios and what is now Hallmark Entertainment. Over the past 12 years, Mr. Mills' practice has encompassed all aspects of talent representation and also the financing, production and distribution of entertainment product in the areas of both television and feature films.  He has extensive experience in international television and film distribution and has studied international business transactions in London, England. Mr. Mills is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association. He also serves on the Copyright Protection Committee of the American Film Marketing Association, the trade association for independent producers and distributors.   (Professional Biography of Kevin Mills)



JESSICA KAYE     Holds both a Law Degree and a Masters Degree in Business.  After several years in the private practice of law, Ms. Kaye moved into the entertainment field as Vice President of Business Affairs for Dove Entertainment.  There she worked on both television and feature film projects.  She later founded The Publishing Mills, an audio and literary publishing company that successfully publishes nearly 25 titles each year.  Ms. Kaye has produced two Grammy Award nominated works and won the Grammy Award for Best Comedy Recording for Crank Calls by Jonathan Winters.  She has served as President of the Audio Publishers Association and is currently a member of the Board of Governors for the Los Angeles Chapter of the National Academy for Recording Arts & Sciences, West, the music industry's most prestigious trade association.  Ms. Kaye is admitted to practice law in both California and Connecticut.
